CRM Analyst (m/f/d)

As a CRM Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operation, optimisation, and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, smooth workflows, and reliable reporting across the organisation. You will play a key role across the business, collaborating with teams company-wide to ensure our CRM processes remain efficient, reliable, and aligned with our growth goals.

You will:

• Support the administration of our HubSpot CRM, including, property management, list creation, and workflow updates
• Maintain data quality through regular audits, clean-up initiatives, and data hygiene checks
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health
• Test, maintain, and optimise AI tools and agents to support CRM processes and business operations
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams and external partners
• Contribute to documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and best-practice guidelines
• Support the implementation of new features, small automations, and improvements to existing CRM processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure CRM processes reflect business needs
• Monitor CRM usage across teams and support training efforts to improve adoption and consistency

The next Moonfarian:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a CRM, RevOps, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiar with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
• An excellent communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about CRM management and process optimisation
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for basic data analysis
• A problem-solver with a willingness to dig into issues and support continuous improvement
