What we're looking for

We are hiring a Technical Supply Chain Lead to build and own our hardware supply chain with a strong focus on electronics, from prototype to series production. You understand how complex hardware comes together, from PCBAs and wiring harnesses to sensors and assemblies, and you want to turn early designs into scalable, reliable supply chains.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and external partners to drive sourcing, supplier management, and production readiness. You will shape our supplier ecosystem, set up sourcing strategies, and balance immediate build needs with the structure required for future growth.

This is a hands on, pragmatic role for a builder who knows how to make things happen and wants to own the full journey from prototype to production.

The day-to-day

• Build and scale the leading European hardware supply chain for small UASs covering PCBAs, wiring, sensors, and mechanical parts.
• Source, qualify, and manage suppliers and manufacturing partners for electronics and hardware assemblies. Lead RFQs, supplier selection, and cost negotiations with a focus on quality and lead time.
• Work with R&D on DFM, DFT, and build readiness for prototypes and pilot runs.
• Plan ahead for production needs and secure supplier capacity and critical components.
• Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues quickly.
• Set up simple and scalable processes for sourcing, logistics, and material planning.
• Balance short term execution with long term structure. Move fast and get things done in a startup environment without unnecessary process.

You should apply if you

• Have a strong technical background in electronics or electro mechanical systems, gained through experience and/or education.
• Bring +4 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations, ideally in sUAS, robotics, or automotive.
• Have experience sourcing and managing components, PCBAs, wiring, and assemblies from prototype to production.
• Can read BOMs and schematics, discuss design details with engineers and suppliers, and communicate clearly to align teams around delivery goals.
• Have worked with EMS partners, contract manufacturers, and key suppliers.
• Enjoy building supply chain systems and networks from the ground up, are hands on and pragmatic, and know how to balance immediate needs with long term scalability.
• Are motivated to own the full supply chain journey from prototype to production.
• Are eligible to obtain NATO or EU security clearance.

Nice to haves

• Track record of delivering UAS or other electromechanical systems for field operations in defense, robotics or automotive applications.
• Track record of managing external vendors or contract manufacturers.
• Hands-on experience using CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion 360) to review or adapt designs for suppliers and partners.
