Your talent- Bachelor's degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
- At least 3-5 years work experience in product-design, experience in lifestyle/sports equipment design is preferred
- advanced knowledge about materials and their processing
- Collaborative and proactive, having the ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
- Ability to mentor and guide peers through the creative processes
- Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc. 3D software experience is optional but valued
- Great attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
- advanced technical background relating to fabrics & product development
- Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
- Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English

- Creation and execution of innovative designs following the brand, category and product strategies
- Take ownership of the whole design process, from ideation till final production approval
- Elaborate and present concepts, sketches and final designs in a compelling, clear, transparent and effective way to the design team as well as our product counterparts and external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to the product as well as a consumer centered strategy, following the brand's perspective
- Integrate product, functional and technical developments into design tasks in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer engagement
- Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
- Collect market intelligence, providing all accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively
- Keep track and support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar.
