Your responsibilitiesAs Chief Growth Officer at Ray Sono, you will shape our entrepreneurial future with your business mindset, foresight, and ability to master complex growth challenges. Through your growth initiatives, you play a pivotal role in driving Ray Sono's overall growth. In concrete terms, this means:
Growth initiatives- You serve as our leading advisor and communicator for C-level contacts and key decision-makers among our existing clients and top prospects.
- You hold overall responsibility for Ray Sono's growth targets and bring the expertise to achieve them on time and on budget.
- We are looking for managers with strong closing skills, so you will also be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing the growth of our top key accounts.
- With a sharp eye on trends, the market, and the competition, you stay closely connected to our customers and identify new growth opportunities for Ray Sono.
- As an approachable leader, you represent Ray Sono at national and international events, trade fairs, and industry gatherings – whether as an expert panelist or keynote speaker. You speak our audience's language and understand their challenges.
- Beyond winning new business, you build strategic partnerships and maintain our network with potential partner companies.
- As CGO, you develop our growth, marketing, and communications strategy and enrich it with your expertise through targeted workshops, coaching, and clear action plans.
- In collaboration with Ray Sono's management and expert leads, you develop innovative strategies and processes to expand our product portfolio – always aligned with our services.
- In your leadership role, you have disciplinary responsibility for our Client & Business Development as well as our Marketing & Communications units.
- You develop and coach your teams both strategically and operationally – always with an eye on market requirements.
Bring what makes you special. This should include:
Experience- Experience in 2-3 similar roles in sales, client/account management, and/or project management in the digital consulting/agency environment or at a mid-sized services company
- A proven track record in sales, including generating new business and expanding existing accounts
- Extensive experience in marketing digital projects and products
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute complex growth strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
- A robust network in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, logistics, pharma, or mechanical engineering
- Proven success in building and leading high-performance teams
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
- Business-fluent German and English (C2 level)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and action-oriented approach
- High degree of initiative and assertiveness
- Analytical and structured approach to work
