IT Engineer Working Student

Your mission
Your primary goal is to empower our workforce by cultivating a seamless and secure technology environment. You will champion the employee experience, ensuring every team member has the precise tools and support they need to thrive from day one. By optimizing our internal systems and resolving technical hurdles, you will build the operational foundation that allows our company to scale efficiently.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing and configuring hardware, setting up accounts, and ensuring a seamless technical transition for new and departing team members.
• Assist in configuring and supporting employee devices (Mac, Windows, Linux) using Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Help manage and configure software systems, including Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
• Serve as a point of contact for internal IT support requests, helping to troubleshoot technical issues for our team.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of company hardware and software assets.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of IT-related documentation and support guides.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve our internal processes and security protocols.
