We are seeking a physicist or engineer (Dipl, or FH). Preferably you have a PhD and an excellent track record as a young engineer or scientist.

You will receive training in European Patent Law. You will assist our patent attorneys in patent prosecution.

You have a university degree in one of the above fields. You are fluent in English and German.

You would like to have a team of very competent attorneys and scientists around you and enjoy solving complex scientific and intellectual questions.

Die Ausbildung zum European Patent Attorney (w/d/m) dauert 3 Jahre.

Die Prüfung führt das Europäische Patentamt durch.

Wir begleiten Sie durch den gesamten Ausbildungsprozess und bieten Ihnen nach erfolgreich absolvierter Ausbildung eine lukrative Stelle als European Patent Attorney (w/d/m) an unserem Standort Berlin.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Recherchen zum Stand der Technik und Bewertung der Patentierbarkeit von Erfindungen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Formulierung von Patentanmeldungen sowie internationalen Anmeldungen (PCT)
  • Beratung von Erfindern und Forschungsteams zu Schutzstrategien und geistigem Eigentum
  • Vertretung vor dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt (DPMA) und anderen Patentbehörden, einschließlich der Bearbeitung von Prüfungsbescheiden
  • Pflege und Überwachung von Patentportfolios, Fristenmanagement und Durchführung von Patentverletzungsanalysen
