Kontext der Stelle

Als Senior Software Engineer kümmerst Du Dich um die technische Konzeption und Implementierung von User Stories, führst Code Reviews und technische Tests zur Sicherung der Softwarequalität durch und leitest weniger erfahrene Kolleginnen und Kollegen an. 

Deine Aufgaben
  • Abstimmung der fachlichen Anforderungen an unsere unternehmenseigene Plattform mit dem Product Owner innerhalb eines Scrum-Teams
  • Technische Konzeption und Implementierung von User Stories
  • Durchführung von Code-Reviews und technischen Tests zur Qualitätssicherung
  • DevOps - Mitwirkung an der Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur
  • Identifikation, Aufbereitung und Implementierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten sowie Abbau technischer Schulden (aktive Optimierungsvorschläge)
  • Einarbeiten und Anleitung von Software Engineers mit weniger Erfahrung und Wissenstransfer im Allgemeinen


Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung, Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit aktuellen Versionen von Java, Spring Boot und Angular
  • weiterreichende Kenntnisse im Bereich Cloud Application Development, insbesondere mit Kubernetes und DevOps
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL
  • Wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung: Erfahrungen mit Python / OpenAI oder anderen Technologien der generativen KI
  • Erfahrung als Teil eines agilen Softwareentwicklungsteam
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
