Über diese Position:

In dieser Funktion sind Sie die Ansprechperson für wissenschaftliche Themen rund um die Produkte. Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen internen Fachspezialisten zusammen, kollaborieren mit Marketing und dem Verkauf, um den Kunden stets die aktuellsten Daten & Informationen zu liefern und solche zu erhalten.

Das können Sie bewirken:

Selbständige Recherche und Identifikation aktueller sowie künftiger wissenschaftlicher KEE, Analyse des wissenschaftlichen Informationsbedarfs inkl. Beziehungsaufbau und – pflege

Bearbeitung, Aufbereitung und Präsentation wissenschaftlicher Daten vor medizinischen Zuhörergruppen in sachlich objektiver Weise nach internem Freigabeprozess

Eigenständige Entwicklung und Konzeption qualitativ hochwertiger, medizinisch wissenschaftlicher Weiterbildungsprogramme zu aktuellen und zukünftigen Wirkstoffen, um eine bestmögliche Patientenversorgung sicherzustellen

Schulung von Außendienstmitarbeitern, Teilnahme an internationalen und nationalen Kongressen, Ärztetreffen und Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen für Ärzte

Sicherstellung, dass alle verantworteten Maßnahmen der deutschen und europäischen Gesetzgebung, Verordnungen und Kodizes sowie internen Vorgaben entsprechen

Essenzielle Kompetenzen & Erfahrung:

Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und/oder im medizinisch wissenschaftlichen Umfeld (z.B. Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, etc.)

Kenntnis der Strukturen und Abläufe im Gesundheitswesen und in Kliniken inkl. Einblicke in die Gesundheitspolitik von Vorteil

Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Suite, idealerweise Erfahrung mit (medizinischen) Datenbanken

Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (Fortgeschritten/Advanced)

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Promotion oder vergleichbar

The Opportunity:

In this role you will work as an active field-based scientific liaison professional, serving as the key link between Astellas Commercial and opinion leaders in Oncology in Germany.

Key Activities for this Role:

Independent research and identification of current and future scientific knowledge, analysis of scientific information needs including relationship building and maintenance.

Processing, preparation, and presentation of scientific data to medical audiences in an objective manner following internal approval processes

Independent development and conception of high-quality, medical-scientific training programs on current and future drug substances to ensure the best possible patient care

Training of field representatives, participation in international and national congresses, physician meetings, and educational events for doctors

Ensuring that all managed measures comply with German and European legislation, regulations, codes, and internal guidelines

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Solid professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the medical-scientific field (e.g., Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, etc.)

Understanding of structures and processes in healthcare and clinics, including insights into health policy, is advantageous

Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, preferably experience with (medical) databases.

Proficient in German and good English skills (Advanced level)

Required Qualification:

Completed degree in natural sciences with a doctorate or equivalent
