Das werden Deine Aufgaben sein

Du bist als AI Developer Teil eines hochmotivierten agilen Scrum-Teams mit Schwerpunkt "Künstliche Intelligenz" in der Abteilung – "Digitalisierung & Business Automation Platforms".Als Teil des KI-Teams konzipierst, entwickelst, testest, betreibst und bewirbst Du die KI-Plattformen und -Lösungen unseres Unternehmens in einem hochdynamischen Umfeld.Als Generalist:in unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung, übernimmst aber auch koordinative, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Aufgaben in den Bereichen Wissensvermittlung, Anwendungsfallsuche, Planung und Bewertung rund um das Thema KI und KI-Anwendungsfälle.

Das bringst du mit

Bei Cloud denkst Du nicht an Regen, sondern an Azure oder AWS und bist entweder bereits im Thema oder freust Dich darauf es bald zu sein.Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren aktuellen Programmiersprachen (idealerweise Java, Python und JavaScript) und Frameworks (Spring, Angular und Camunda)Du verstehst und löst gerne Probleme basierend auf Daten. In Deinem Werkzeug-Gürtel findest Du praktischerweise die passenden KI und Data Science-Kompetenzen sowie Tools oder bist hochmotiviert, diesen aufzufüllen.Du denkst Dich gerne in Prozesse ein und hast Lust diese zu verstehen, zu hinterfragen und zu optimieren. Dafür denkst du Dich auch in neue Fachlichkeit ein und freust Dich auf crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit.Sehr dynamische Themengebiete und Technologien sind für Dich eine willkommene Herausforderung, der Du gerne mit selbstständiger und kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung und -entwicklung begegnest. Wissenschaftliche Arbeiten und lebendige Dokumentationen sind Dir nicht fremd.Einfache ebenso wie komplexe Themen kannst Du verschiedenen Zielgruppen (sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch) verständlich nahebringen und gehst gern in den Austausch – im Team und darüber hinaus.
