Der Product Manager System Services (m/w/d) generiert und vermarktet Serviceangebote für die Systeme im Portfolio des A/S COMINT. Die Services dienen als Grundlage für die Erstellung kundenspezifischer Angebote und sind eine wichtige Säule des AE-/Umsatzwachstums im Segment. Er arbeitet dazu eng mit den jeweiligen Product Manager (m/w/d) der Systeme und der zugrundeliegenden Produkte, sowie Sales, Systems Engineering und Service-Abteilungen zusammen.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Service-Produktplanung, den Service-Produktlebenszyklus sowie die Vermarktung von Standard-Serviceprodukten für COMINT/CESM/CECM Systeme in enger Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und der operativen Serviceorganisation.
  • Erstellung der Service-relevanten Inhalte in System-Entwicklungsanträgen zusammen mit Service-Engineering, Service Product Management M/S SEW und dem System-Produktmanagement zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Servicebarkeit des Systems.
  • Agieren in der Rolle Projektleiter Markt bei Entwicklungsanträgen für Service- und Supportprodukte für das A/S COMINT.
  • Sicherstellung der Verwendbarkeit der generischen Serviceangebote im Rahmen von kundenspezifischen Angebotskalkulationen und Servicebeschreibungen (Prozesse, Tools, Templates, etc.).
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Vermarktungsstrategien zur Förderung des regelmäßigen Umsatzes von Serviceprodukten als auch der Marktkommunikation (Erstellung von vermarktungsrelevanten Inhalten).
  • Durchführung von Vertriebsschulungen und Vertriebsunterstützung bei Erstellung von komplexen Angeboten.

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Elektrotechnik/Informatik/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Relevante praktische Berufserfahrung insbesondere im Servicebereich (z.B. ILS, Training, Service Produktmanagement, etc.)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Integrated Logistic & Support
  • Routinierter Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit mit entsprechender selbstständiger, zielgerichteter und kommunikativer Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgepräge Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
