CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Customer Representative - Logistics: Italy & Spain (m/f/d) to be based with our team in Berlin.

Your task:
  • Oversee vehicle processing on our platform
  • You act as the primary point of contact for our customers for questions relating to document shipping
  • Manage stand fees, reminders and transport bookings
  • Coordinate and send reminders for self-collection
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to enhance customer experience
Your profile:
  • Business Fluent to Native Level (C1 or C2) in Italian and Spanish (min. B1) and proficiency in English are a requirement (German is a plus)
  • You are independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving orientated and data-driven
  • You have a strong social and empathetic thinking and excellent communication skills
  • You have already gained some experience in working with CRM systems to process customer enquiries (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshdesk)
  • Ideally you have experiences in processing in the automotive industry (e.g. car dealership or auction platform)
  • You are located in Berlin
