Deine Aufgaben bei x1F

  • Unterstützen & gestalten: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem SAP-FS-ICM-Team zusammen und übernimmst konkrete Aufgaben in internen und externen Projekten. Dazu gehören die Entwicklung in ABAP sowie die Umsetzung von Lösungen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • Beraten: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Fragen zu SAP FS-ICM und berätst bei Architektur- und Integrationskonzepten, etwa zur Anbindung von BTP-Services oder externen Schnittstellen.
  • Analysieren: Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen prüfst du Anforderungen und leitest daraus Konzepte für die Integration und Automatisierung von Vergütungsprozessen ab. Dabei evaluierst du den Einsatz von KI-Modellen, z. B. zur automatisierten Provisionsberechnung oder Mustererkennung in Vergütungsdaten.
  • Konzipieren & entwickeln: Du erstellst technische Konzepte, implementierst Lösungen in ABAP und führst Customizing im Modul SAP FS-ICM durch. Zusätzlich nutzt du BTP-Komponenten wie die SAP Integration Suite und entwickelst Ideen, wie KI-Services die Prozesse im Vergütungsmanagement effizienter gestalten.

Diese Skills bringst du mit

  • Qualifikation: abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung: mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder in einer technisch beratenden Rolle, idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzwirtschaft
  • Spezialisierung: fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP FS-ICM Modul, insbesondere in variablen Vergütungsmodellen und Provisionen; sehr gute Erfahrung mit ABAP OO
  • Analytik: sehr gute konzeptionelle, methodische und analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Sprachen: sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft: Projektbezogene Einsätze erfordern gelegentliche Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands
