Für unseren Kunden, einen internationalen Finanzdienstleister in Düsseldorf, suchen wir ab sofort einen Manager Underwriting P&C (m/w/d).
Aufgaben- Analyse und Bewertung der Entwicklung des Marktes im Bereich Global Commercial Lines
- Weiterentwicklung des globalen Property & Casualty Portfolios im Hinblick auf Wachstum und Profitabilität
- Mitentscheidung und Beitrag zum Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsfelder
- Definition und Implementierung von Best-Practice-Standards in operativen Gesellschaften
- Impulse und Unterstützung bei technischen Anforderungen, Innovationen, Schulungen und Beratung
- Kritische Überprüfung von Underwriting-Entscheidungen und Durchführung von Reviews und Deep Dives
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Versicherungswesen oder ähnlichen Feldern
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Property & Casualty Commercial-Geschäft bei einem Erstversicherer
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
