WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Als Project Risk Manager / Projektrisikomanager (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für den Aufbau, die Optimierung sowie die Standardisierung des Risikomanagement Systems. Hierbei stehen Sie in enger Abstimmung zu den beteiligten Fachabteilungen und binden diese aktiv in die Projekt ein.

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagementsystems sowie dessen Pflege und Dokumentation
  • Überwachung, Erfassung und Behandlung von technischen sowie administrativen Risikomeldungen
  • Erkennung, Nachverfolgung, Auswertung und Bewertung von Risiken aller Art bezogen auf Kosten und Zeit
  • Erstellung und Gewährleistung eines transparenten und aussagefähigen Reportings unter Verwendung geeigneter KPI
  • Organisation, Erstellung, Durchführung und Pflege der Unterlagen für Risikomanagementschulungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Risikomanagement oder eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise mit mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet des Risikomanagements
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Projects, SAP, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Objektives und unabhängiges Urteilsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Freude an der Arbeit in einem großen integrierten Team
