ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Product Marketing Manager at Agora, you are a critical bridge between our product and the people who rely on it. Your mission is to tell our story, shape our market position, and ensure every customer interaction reinforces the value we deliver. This is a strategic, hands-on role that owns the full customer lifecycle. You will act as both a strategist and a trusted advisor, shaping how prospects discover Agora, how new customers are onboarded, and how they grow with us over time. You are the voice of the customer and the market, using data to turn complex insights into clear messaging, successful GTM campaigns, and strategies that drive measurable growth.
JOB SUMMARY
Develop and refine Agora's value proposition. You'll translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives that connect our solution to tangible business outcomes for customers.Design and execute end-to-end GTM campaigns for new products and features, managing launches from initial planning to post-launch analysis and adoption.Own the customer communication journey post-acquisition. You'll create and manage programs for onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers. You'll help them integrate Agora, troubleshoot blockers, and track success metrics to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.Be the voice of the customer and the market. You'll use qualitative data (interviews) and quantitative data (product analytics) to identify user Act as the key connector between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success, ensuring the entire organization is aligned on product narratives and customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in a Product Marketing role.Proven success in driving key metrics (e.g., product adoption, activation, retention) through strategic marketing and direct customer engagement.You are comfortable in data-heavy discussions and can quickly grasp complex technical products.You use data to find the "why," tell a compelling story, and make sharp, actionable recommendations.You write with clarity and precision, present with empathy, and can effectively influence both leadership and cross-functional teams.You thrive on understanding and solving customer problems and remain steady and empathetic under pressure.You are a proactive, organized project manager who excels at bringing teams together to resolve issues and achieve a common goal.Direct experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.Experience that blends product marketing with customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
