What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of software engineers
  • Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions
  • Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product
  • Deliver technical solutions with a strong focus on marketing technology integration
  • Take an active hands-on role in development, including coding, debugging, and reviewing
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-impact software projects
  • Own performance reviews, career development, and foster a culture of innovation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, architecture, integration specs)

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development (ideally in the JavaScript ecosystem)
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience across departments
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
  • Solid experience with TypeScript
  • Strong delivery mindset and high attention to detail
  • Fluent English skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Python, MongoDB, or other databases
  • Experience with content modeling
  • Prior work in fast-paced digital or marketing-driven environments
  • Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with Terraform
