Als Activities Manager stellst du sicher , dass alle Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Fitness, Kurse, Tennis, Schwimmen und Kinderbetreuung in deinem DL Club reibungslos und effizient ablaufen . Du agierst regelmäßig als Duty Manager und übernimmst die Verantwortung für den optimal funktionierenden Tagesbetrieb des gesamten Clubs. D u leitest die Rekrutierung und Schulung deines Teams, um sicherzustellen , dass sie jeden Tag ihr Bestes geben .

Wir schaffen ein Umfeld , in dem sich unsere Teams zugehörig fühlen und ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen können .

Dein Profil

Als Activities Manager suchen wir jemanden , der:

  • Verantwortung für die einzelnen Bereiche Gym , Kurse, Meridini / Kids und Schwimmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Teamleitern dieser Abteilungen übernimmt
  • abteilungsspezifische KPIs mit entsprechenden Maßnahmen und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitern erfüllt
  • unsere David Lloyd eigenen Produkte, wie z. B. unserer Signature Classes einführt und betreut
  • Regelmäßig als Manager on Duty im Schichtdienst , auch am Wochenende , eingesetzt wird
  • Clubevents im Activitiesbereich organisiert
  • unserer Mitglieder betreut und Mitgliederfeedback und - anliegen umsetzt
  • Die Einhaltung aller Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsstandards in den Activitiesbereichen kontrollier t und gewährleiste t
