Ⅰ. Job Description: Technical Specialist (Forestry Machinery)

1. Global Market Development and Planning:

Responsible for the development of the global forestry machinery market, conduct in-depth research on global forestry machinery market demand, with North America, Europe, and Brazil as key regions, develop detailed product spectrum, gradually complete a comprehensive global forestry machinery layout, accurately grasp market trends, and provide strong basis for the company's product positioning.

2. Product R&D Plan Formulation and Implementation:

Draw up R&D plan for forestry machinery models, prioritize based on market demand and company strategy, lead professional teams to gradually advance, complete the product development work in the spectrum, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products to the market.

3. Technology Control and Project Management of Key Products:

Responsible for developing technical solutions for key products and conducting comprehensive project management. Guide and review the R&D design process, strictly follow the company's NPI process to promote new product development, and ensure the leadership and stability of product technology.

4. Requirement Transformation and Product Optimization:

Keep sufficient communication with customers, product design teams, and superiors, conduct in-depth analysis of customers' requirements, and accurately transform them into specific design indicators. Establish a new product introduction and improvement profile, continuously improve product performance, and enhance customers' satisfaction.

5. Team Support and Talent Development:

Assist in human resource allocation, participate in personnel cultivation plans, provide professional technical guidance to global R&D teams, and enhance the overall technical level and R&D capabilities of the team.

6. R&D, Standards, and Testing System Construction:

Assist in establishing R&D, standards, and testing systems related to forestry machinery. In the next three years, establish R&D system for the development and reliability growth of new forestry machinery products, complete self-owned standard system for forestry machinery, build standard testing sites and off-site assessment bases, and quickly establish a testing and inspection system to lay a solid foundation for the research and quality improvement of forestry machinery products.

Ⅱ. Requirements:

1. Rich R&D Experience:

With 10 years or more experience in the R&D of forestry machinery, have a profound understanding of forestry machinery products, systems, special application scenarios, and customer needs. Can effectively solve the applicability improvement problems that arise during the market introduction of products, enhance product performance, and ensure product market competitiveness.

2. Market Insight and Product Management Skills:

Possess experience in overall product development and product management, with a deep understanding of key global markets. Able to accurately grasp market prospects, customer needs, working conditions, and competitor situations, providing critical references for product development and market strategy formulation.

3. Industry and Technology Planning Ability:

Have a profound understanding of the future industry planning, product spectrum planning, technical routes planning, design concepts, key design points, control logic, etc. of forestry products, possess forward-looking thinking, and can lead the technology development direction of company's forestry products.

4. Flexible Work Arrangement Ability:

Able to carry out long-term guidance on product development in China, while also being able to conduct market insight activities in overseas markets, assist in planning product market introductions, and adapt to global business needs.

5. Product Expertise:

Familiar with forestry excavator, swing machine, feller buncher, harvester, forwarder, skidder, log loader, harvester head, felling head and other related forestry machinery products, possess professional product knowledge and technical capabilities.
