Team mission
At GetYourGuide, our suppliers are at the heart of every unforgettable experience we offer. We are building a new Pricing Team in Supply Tech which will be dedicated to empowering these experience creators with innovative pricing tools, actionable insights, and dynamic strategies to help them maximize their revenue, reach new customers, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace. By building the next-generation pricing engine and intelligent supplier-facing applications, this team ensures that suppliers have the flexibility, transparency, and control they need to thrive, enabling them to set optimal prices, respond to market trends, and unlock new growth opportunities on GetYourGuide.

Your mission
Role
This role reports to the Engineering Lead of the Supply Tech group and is primarily measured according to the performance of their team. We divide their responsibility into the following areas:

• Be responsible for all hiring and performance management topics on the Engineering side, helping your engineers reach their full potential
• Partner closely with your Product Manager to manage the roadmap and portfolio allocation to drive impactful projects.
• Find pragmatic solutions to complex technical challenges that span multiple services and domains of Supply Tech and our marketplace platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the broader business on initiatives.

Your toolkit

• You have a strong sense of ownership ensuring that technical and project plans are aligned with your stakeholders & team members for delivery
• Enjoy approaching complex topics with an open mind and eye for simplicity.
• Have a passion for people, supporting and coaching your engineers without going into micromanagement mode.
• Not only care about technical topics but are passionate about creating value for our customers and the business and apply that judgment to your own roadmap.
• Motivated to work in an international cross-functional environment.
