What are we looking for?
We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store Citees Cologne in Hohe St., with availability of 30 hours in rotating shifts starting the 27th of October, for a period of 6 months. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.
Main responsibilities
- Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
- Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.
- Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
- Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
