Your purpose at Kertos

In this role, you will bring your AI and technical expertise into our Product squads to shape the next generation of compliance automation. Working closely with our AI engineers, developers and designers, you'll independently plan and drive the foundations and continuous improvements of our agentic AI systems. You will identify and deliver new AI-driven compliance features that enhance automation, intelligence, and scalability across our platform.

What You'll Do

• Drive our AI product vision & execution: Own the roadmap and delivery of next-generation, AI-powered capabilities, partnering closely with Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Product Designers.
• Bridge tech and product outcomes: Define and ship intelligent, scalable features that enable fully agentic end-to-end workflows for our AI assistants
• Engineer the agent experience: As part of the product trio (Product, Design, Tech), you'll shape how our agents reason, act, and learn.
• Build with data at the core: Define success metrics and translate data into product decisions that optimize performance, reliability, and user value.
• Collaborate beyond the code: Partner with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure AI and compliance features deliver measurable business impact and real customer value.

The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring

• Proven Product Experience: You bring deep experience as a Product Manager in SaaS and B2B software, driving complex products from concept to scale.
• AI Visionary: You have hands-on experience or a strong passion for AI — pairing technical curiosity with the imagination to design agentic workflows that solve real enterprise challenges.
• Technically fluent: You're comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, model integrations, architecture trade-offs, and evals with (AI) engineers.
• Driven by data: You rely on evidence, not assumptions — leveraging analytics, A/B testing, customer interviews and experimentation frameworks to guide decisions and measure success.
• Clear communicator: You excel at breaking down complex technical topics for cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Bonus points:

• Experience in GRC, information security, or privacy domains.
• Background in technical product management or prior experience as a developer.
