Unsere Teams betreiben Europas größte Ticketing-Plattform sowie eine große Zahl dazugehöriger Services für über 20 Länder. Unser zentrales Plattformteam versteht sich als Enabler – wir schaffen Standards, Tools und Self-Services, die allen Teams helfen, besser und sicherer zu arbeiten. 

Wenn Du Plattformarbeit nicht als Infrastrukturverwaltung, sondern als Produktentwicklung für interne Nutzer:innen verstehst, bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Unsere Private Cloud bildet das Rückgrat unserer technischen Transformation hin zu einer skalierbaren, serviceorientierten Plattformarchitektur.

Du entwickelst im zentralen Plattformteam wiederverwendbare Self-Service-Produkte für unsere Core Infrastructure, insbesondere für unsere Private Cloud, die unsere Entwicklungsteams in die Lage versetzen, ihre Softwarelösungen effizient, sicher und autonom zu betreiben. Dabei gestaltest Du die Core Infrastructure aktiv mit und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere gemeinsame Developer Platform skalierbar, sicher und kollaborativ bleibt.



Deine Herausforderung

  • Du entwickelst, automatisierst und betreibst wiederverwendbare Self-Service-Produkte für unsere Core-Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, File Services, Networking) im Datacenter.
  • Dabei etablierst Du Infrastructure-as-Code- und Configuration-Management-Workflows (Terraform, Ansible) und eliminierst manuelle Abläufe.
  • Du definierst technische Standards, Templates und Guidelines und stellst deren Nutzung durch klare Dokumentation und praxisnahe Integrationsbeispiele sicher.
  • Security-, Architektur- und Compliance-Vorgaben fließen frühzeitig in Deine Lösungen ein.
  • Du misst und optimierst Usability, Performance und Stabilität deiner Produkte kontinuierlich.
  • In cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit bringst du deine Plattform- und Enablement-Expertise ein und unterstützt Teams bei der Integration.


Das bringst Du mit:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Entwicklung und Betrieb von Private-Cloud-Plattformservices im Datacenter-Umfeld.
  • Tiefes Know-how in Linux, Virtualisierung (KVM, VMware, Proxmox), Automatisierung (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD und Monitoring.
  • Praxis mit Storage-, Compute- und Netzwerk-Technologien führender Hersteller (z. B. Dell, Pure Storage, Cisco).
  • Verständnis für moderne Plattformstrategien, Developer Experience und eine produktorientierte Engineering-Kultur.
  • Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und einer pragmatischen, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
