WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We are looking to complement our team of Designers in Wealth. 

  • You will be responsible for an end-to-end problem space, bringing vision and deliver design solutions from initial concept through shipping and beyond
  • Help to create alignment with product and engineering on priorities leading to product design and execution
  • Partner closely with other Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver high quality experiences for different user personas
  • Work closely with design leadership across different problem spaces at Trade Republic to improve our design process, operations and practices
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products from ideation to implementation, specifically in mobile applications
  • A portfolio that showcases love for the craft and proficiency in problem solving, interaction design, desktop/mobile user interfaces, prototyping and a strong aesthetic sense
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to develop product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on people and business needs
  • Nice to have: Experience designing financial products, specially wealth, trading and/or crypto.
