Your profile
  • Several years of hands-on experience in quoting and billing for on-premise and SaaS products - ideally in an international context
  • Proven leadership experience, including team development and organizational scaling
  • Strong process management skills with a holistic view of operational workflows
  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • High affinity for IT, processes, and data, combined with a structured and analytical mindset
  • Ideally, experience with digital analytics tools or Legal Tech solutions
  • Hands-on mentality - you take initiative, solve problems pragmatically, and drive topics independently
  • Fluent in German and English, with confidence in international business environments
  • Passion for building and scaling - ready to shape a growing company and its processes

You'll lead our Operations and Order Management team and report directly to our CFO. The team currently consists of 7 colleagues.

Your mission
  • Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, including analysis and redesign of internal workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Build and lead the Operations and Order Management team
  • Manage and enable external partners and service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive international process harmonization through cross-location standards and best practices aligned with our global strategy
  • Continuously improve billing processes, including upstream workflows and seamless system integration (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, backend systems, provisioning)
  • Increase efficiency and automation in billing and quoting - together with Business and IT
  • Ensure accurate quoting for licensing models, SaaS offerings, and product/service bundles - aligned with pricing lists and international requirements
  • Guarantee transparent and compliant revenue recognition
  • Ensure compliance and implement control mechanisms in collaboration with governance and audit teams
  • Participate in the Pricing Committee to align pricing strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, internal stakeholders, and external partners to build a consistent, globally oriented process landscape
  • Provide expert input on international projects - especially regarding billing and process design
