#YOURMISSION

  • Software Development: Entwicklung qualitativ hochwertiger, wartbarer und skalierbarer Anwendungen mit Schwerpunkt React, TypeScript und Python
  • Frontend & Backend: Umsetzung moderner UIs (React, TypeScript, ) und Entwicklung performanter Backends (Python, ggf. )
  • Code Ownership: Sauberes Coding, Debugging, Antizipation von Problemen und Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards
  • Coaching & Teamplay: Unterstützung deiner Kolleg:innen durch Pair Programming, Code Reviews und Mentoring
  • Cloud & Deployment: Arbeit mit AWS, Docker und CI/CD-Pipelines (Bitbucket) sowie Einsatz von Tools wie AWS Sagemaker und Monitron
  • Agile Collaboration: Arbeiten im SCRUM-Team mit internationalem Setup und enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Intrapreneurship: Einbringen eigener Ideen, Mitgestaltung neuer Projekte und Offenheit für moderne Tools & AI-Technologien

#YOURPROFILE

  • Fachliche Grundlage: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit React, TypeScript und Python
  • Full-Stack-Kompetenz: Freude am Frontend-Development, solides Backend-Verständnis
  • Cloud-Skills: Erfahrung mit AWS, CI/CD und Containerisierung (Docker)
  • Agiles Mindset: Kenntnisse in SCRUM, Pair Programming und Code Reviews
  • Kommunikation: Klare Ausdrucksweise, sicheres Auftreten im Team und bei internen Stakeholdern
  • Sprachen: Sehr gutes Englisch (C1+), Deutsch von Vorteil (mind. B2)
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Hands-on Coding, nicht nur KI-gestütztes Entwickeln)
