Als Anbieter von integrierten Facility Management Dienstleistungen sind wir seit knapp 50 Jahren Kompetenzpartner für die Immobilienwirtschaft, für Industrie- und Freizeitunternehmen sowie für das Luftverkehrs- und Transportwesen. Aktuell sind 9.600 Mitarbeitende für die Dr. Sasse Gruppe und ihre Beteiligungen tätig.

Aufgaben

  • Regionsübergreifende Identifikation von passenden Kandidat:innen über relevante Plattformen, Netzwerke und Communities
  • Eigenständige Recherche & Analyse von Talentpools und Zielgruppen
  • Aktive Kontaktaufnahme zu Kandidat:innen mit kreativen, individuellen und überzeugenden Ansprachen
  • Führen von ersten telefonischen oder virtuellen Vorgesprächen sowie Bewertung der fachlichen und persönlichen Eignung
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Talentpools für schwer zu besetzende Positionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Personalabteilungen und Fachbereichen, um Bedarfe zu verstehen und Suchstrategien abzustimmen
  • Mithilfe beim Ausbau unserer Sourcing-Strategie und Weiterentwicklung unserer Candidate Journey

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder personalbezogene Ausbildung
  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, Personalmarketing oder Active Sourcing
  • Erfahrung in Branchen wie Facility Management, Logistik, o.ä. wünschenswert
  • Begeisterung für die Direktansprache und Freude daran, Menschen für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen
  • Hoher Grad an Selbstständigkeit, Kreativität und Struktur – Du weißt, wie man Suchlogiken und Plattformen geschickt nutzt
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein authentisches, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit LinkedIn, XING, Indeed Talent Search oder anderen Suchtechnologien ist ein Plus
