In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Lead AI Solution Architect to join the F&R Engineering department. Are you passionate about turning AI concepts into real products that solve business problems? At RELEX, we need someone who can envision what's possible with agentic AI and make it happen. 

What we need you to do and be

Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us. 

Identify and validate new AI opportunities that create real value for RELEX customers in retail and manufacturing sectors. You'll spot where agentic AI can solve actual business problems, from demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, to optimization merchandising decisions. Build working prototypes fast. Get hands-on writing code, and testing ideas directly with customers. We need someone who moves quickly and isn't afraid to iterate based on real feedback.Take prototypes to production by working with engineering teams to turn your early concepts into scalable products. You'll advocate for new features and ensure they actually work at scale.Bridge technical and business worlds. Explain AI capabilities to executives, shape product roadmaps with PMs, and collaborate with engineers on implementation. You need to speak everyone's language.Spread AI knowledge across the company. Share what you know across the whole org and help other people understand what's possible with AI 

 What you'll bring to the table

Proven track record of conceptualizing and validating new AI concepts from ideation through deployment. You've taken AI ideas from whiteboard to production and have the scars and successes to prove it.Relentless drive to build things that matter. You're not satisfied with theoretical discussions, you'd rather ship something than just talk about itStrong hands-on ability with a versatile technology stack. You're comfortable working across the full spectrum: RELEX products, emerging agentic AI stack, cloud infrastructure, ML and optimization algorithms, APIs, … You know when to use the right tool for the job.Exceptional communication and influencing skills. You can present to both technical and non-technical audiences, build consensus across teams, and advocate persuasively for your ideas while remaining open to feedback. Fluent in written and spoken English.Deep understanding of the AI landscape with genuine motivation to stay current with rapidly evolving technology. You follow research developments, experiment with new models and tools, and can assess which innovations are hype versus game-changers.

What we consider as a bonus: 

Experience working with enterprise software business, understanding the unique challenges of B2B SaaS at scaleDomain expertise in retail or manufacturing industries, with knowledge of their specific workflows and pain pointsTrack record of customer-facing technical work, such as solutions engineering or technical consulting
