Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest die Eröffnung neuer Studios deutschlandweit – von der detaillierten Planung über die Eröffnung bis hin zur strukturierten Nachbetreuung. Jede Studioeröffnung trägt dabei deine Handschrift

  • Du beurteilst analytisch die operative Performance unserer Studios und leitest daraus resultierend Verbesserungs-Intiativen ab, die du eigenhändig implementierst 

  • Du unterstützt das Management eines professionellen Team (avg. NPS 90) durch Sicherstellung effizienter und effektiver Betriebsabläufe


Qualifikationen

  • Du bist derzeit in einem wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang eingeschrieben – oder befindest dich in einem Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master

  • Du bist strukturiert, hands-on und hast keine Scheu, mit anzupacken – ob im Büro oder vor Ort im Studio

  • Du bist ein schneller Lerner und bleibst auch, wenn nicht alles nach Plan läuft, stets lösungsorientiert

  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Operations, Startups und Expansionsthemen und möchtest aktiv dabei mitwirken, ein schnell wachsendes Unternehmen voranzubringen

  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung aus einem Startup, Beratungsumfeld oder Projektmanagement mit

  • Du bist reisebereit innerhalb Deutschlands

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch
