We are currently looking for new Sales Consultants (f/m/d) starting in JANUARY

Your tasks

Your goal is to fill our clients' open positions with the right talents and ensure a positive candidate experience:

• 360 Degree Recruiting - Sales
  : Manage the entire process from proactively reaching out to new and existing clients via phone (cold calling), selling our professional service, signing terms, posting the vacancy, sourcing and calling candidates, to contract signing. Be a reliable contact person for your candidates and clients.
• Client Relationships
  : Over time, build your own highly qualified network in your market. Through personal, long-term relationships, you can identify potential talents faster and better advise clients.
• Candidate Engagement
  : Engage with candidates by providing guidance, and support throughout the hiring process.
• Market Knowledge
  : Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Your qualifications

For us, it does not matter what degree or professional background you have. If you have no experience in recruiting, we offer intensive onboarding and 100 hours of training in the first year alone to teach you the tips and tricks of the job. As we operate in an international environment, fluent
English skills are necessary, German
fluency is advantageous.
