Our internationally distributed team consists of top-tier gamedev professionals. We work remotely, and our hubs are located in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE and Serbia.

What you'll do:
  • Own the full content-development cycle and small meta-features — from pitching concepts to engine implementation and metric analysis
  • Continuously analyze the game and propose improvements across core and meta systems
  • Write clear, concise specs and supporting documentation
  • Work closely with the project team — developers, producer, analysts, and others
  • Playtest your features and content, gather insights, and iterate
  • Dive into analytics tools to understand player behavior and adjust your solutions accordingly
What you need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
  • Hands-on experience with content creation (creative concepting + implementation + live balance)
  • Solid Unity skills (prefab setup, content configuration)
  • Strong spec-writing abilities and the skill to explain mechanics to engineers with maximum clarity
  • Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Deep familiarity with midcore mobile titles
Nice to have:
  • Experience working on a midcore project
  • Background with synchronous PvP
  • Mobile game development experience
  • Experience handling meta features, including balancing
  • Strong exposure to mech/vehicle shooters and mech-themed games in general
