Your area of responsibility
  • Take ownership of the full cycle hardware development for the physical product - from the conception to production and all the way to product maintenance and upgrading
  • Lead a team of Electronic Engineers working on developing the electronics architecture and detailed EE design of go-e product portfolio
  • Work closely with the other R&D teams to develop and deliver against technology and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate side by side also with our product compliance experts and production department in Austria
  • Support testing/development/product management in evaluating new market requirements
  • Drive in-house testing to ensure product excellence
  • Promote lean and agile practices in hardware development
  • Lead your team by increasing team members' professional and technical maturity, championing a feedback culture, optimising and reviewing performances and ensuring sustainable individual workloads
It would be great if you have
  • Experience in leading hardware/electronic teams
  • Extensive experience in developing hardware product(s) from conception to production - in line with company's roadmap and timelines
  • Extensive experience in designing electronic circuitry and readiness to perform hands-on tasks
  • Experience with certification of electronic products and having brought products through certification
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Knowledge base: Altium Designer, Linux-based systems / SBC
  • Excited to work independently and take responsibility
  • Able to communicate openly and in an effective manner
  • Excited to grow structures and processes in a young company
  • Fluent in English and German at C1-Level
It would be even better if you have
  • Experience in building and leading engineering teams within a scaling organization
  • Experience with consumer electronics product
  • Experience in the field of EV charging solutions
