Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitwirken bei der Analyse und Verbesserung der Produktionsabläufe, insbesondere bei der Montage, sowie bei der Entwicklung neuer oder angepasster Produktionsprozesse.
  • Begleitung von Pilot-Läufen und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte in die Serienproduktion.
  • Technische Unterstützung der Produktionsteams bei Fehlerbehebungen sowie Aufzeichnung und Nachverfolgung von Softwareproblemen.
  • Sicherstellung der nötigen Vorbereitungen und Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur für die Einführung neuer Produkte.
  • Pflege neuer Produktnummern und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsanweisungen.
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für testbezogene Fragen.
  • Teilnahme an Schulungen zur stetigen Verbesserung der eigenen Fähigkeiten sowie Vertretung von Teammitgliedern im Bereich Production Engineering.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Automatisierung oder in der IT-Branche.
  • Gute Deutsch- bzw. Englischkenntnisse zur effektiven Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern und Interessengruppen.
  • Technisches Wissen und Affinität im Bereich der Elektronik.
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Visio.
  • Nachgewiesene Zuverlässigkeit, Liebe zum Detail und Genauigkeit.
  • Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten, die Initiative zu ergreifen und Probleme oder Verbesserungen proaktiv anzugehen.
  • Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, neue Anwendungen zu erlernen.
  • Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Aktivitäten zur Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI) und Produktionsvalidierungstests (PVT) ist ein Plus.
