AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT
- Aufbau eines strukturierten Kapitalmarkt-Reportings inklusive einer integrierten Finanzstory in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Planning-Team
- Analyse und Kommentierung der finanziellen Performance der DOUGLAS Gruppe im Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresrhythmus
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der regelmäßigen Forecasts sowie der jährlichen Budgetplanung
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung gruppenweiter Planungs- und Forecasting-Prozesse
- Erstellung adressatengerechter Reports und Präsentationen zu finanziellen und nicht-finanziellen KPIs für interne sowie externe Stakeholder
- Sparringspartner für internationale Tochtergesellschaften sowie Beratung des Management Boards in Fragen des Finanzreportings
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Steuerungsinstrumente sowie Governance über finanzielle KPIs
- Aktive Mitarbeit in gruppenweiten Finance-Projekten mit strategischem Fokus
Deine Skills
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder FMCG-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Financial Modeling
- Sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools und multidimensionalen Reporting-Systemen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in adressatengerechte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu überführen (z. B. Dashboards)
- Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation – auch in dynamischen Umfeldern
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
