Als Werkstudent:in im Workplace Management unterstützt Du unser Team dabei, eine inspirierende, effiziente und reibungslos funktionierende Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Bereichen wie Office-Organisation, Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und internen Projekten – und bekommst dabei tiefe Einblicke, wie moderne Arbeitswelten entstehen und täglich zum Leben erweckt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation & Struktur: Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben, die dem Team den Rücken freihalten – vom Büroalltag bis zur Terminvorbereitung.
  • Büro & Infrastruktur: Du koordinierst unsere Büroplanung in Berlin, kümmerst Dich um Arbeitsplatzeinrichtungen, Einkäufe und bist erste Ansprechperson für Vermieter, Dienstleister und Co.
  • Event- & Reisemanagement: Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Firmen- und Teamevents, buchst Reisen und Hotels – und behältst dabei stets den Überblick.
  • Rechnungsmanagement: Du buchst Rechnungen und Kreditkartenabrechnungen gewissenhaft ein und arbeitest eng mit unserer Buchhaltung zusammen.
  • Onboarding & IT: Du organisierst den Start neuer Teammitglieder – inklusive Hardware, Accounts & Co.
  • Gestaltung & Verantwortung: Du bringst dich aktiv ein, erkennst selbst, wo es was zu tun gibt, und übernimmst kleinere Projekte eigenverantwortlich.

Das solltest du idealerweise mitbringen

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in an einer deutschen Hochschule
  • Du liebst To-do-Listen – und bleibst cool, wenn sich Pläne ändern
  • Du denkst mit, packst an und wartest nicht auf Aufgaben
  • Du gehst sicher mit Tools wie Google Workspace oder MS Office um
  • Du bist sympathisch, strukturiert und teamorientiert
  • Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
