We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in automotive development to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and delivering embedded software solutions for next-generation radar systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in embedded systems and strong project management skills to drive successful execution from concept through production.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, execution, and delivery of automotive software components, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to define requirements, architecture, and design specifications.

  • Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, internal stakeholders, management, and customers to maintain clear alignment and communication.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet relevant automotive standards, including Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262.

  • Evaluate the impact of changing requirements, manage scope adjustments, and guide teams through seamless transitions.

  • Provide transparent, regular reporting to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in embedded software development and/or technical project management, ideally within automotive development.

  • Strong foundation in software development practices (e.g., Automotive SPICE) and project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA).

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and associated tools.

  • Highly structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented work style.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong communication abilities in English, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively.
