GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER - INSTRUMENT OPERATIONS (M/W/D)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Gestaltung und operative Umsetzung der globalen Prozesse im strategischen Geschäftsfeld "Instruments" von Rodenstock
  • Definition, Implementierung sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von operativen End-to-End-Prozessen
  • Aufbau transparenter und leistungsorientierter Prozesse über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg – von Budgetierung und Planung über Auftragsmanagement, Installation, Kundenservice bis hin zum Geräteaustausch
  • Koordinator für eine strukturierte Servicebereitstellung und Sicherstellung unserer Operations Excellence – mit direktem Einfluss auf die Kundenzufriedenheit unserer B.I.G.-Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und dem Bereich Services zur Sicherstellung der strategischen Ausrichtung und reibungslosen operativen Umsetzung
  • Operative Integrationsrolle zwischen Geschäftsstrategie und Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, BWL, Supply Chain oder eine Berufsausbildung mit entspr. Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Servicebetrieb in einer globalen Matrixorganisation, bevorzugt für hochwertige Hardware, Instrumente oder Geräte
  • Fachkenntnisse in Prozessgestaltung/ -optimierung und ganzheitliche Leitung komplexer Serviceprozesse
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Deutsch ist erwünscht; hohe globale Reisebereitschaft
  • Proaktive Gestaltungs- und Changementalität für die Leitung funktionsübergreifender Prozesstransformationen
  • Strategisches und kundenorientiertes Denken mit einem tiefen Verständnis für den Beitrag von Service und operativer Exzellenz zum Kundennutzen
  • Interkultureller Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneter Kommunikations- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie Geschick im Stakeholder-Management; Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ein strukturierter Arbeitsstil
