Senior Project Manager SAP S/4 HANA Rollout Finance and Logistics (m/w/d)

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Leitung strategischer und interdisziplinäre SAP-Projekte

(Schwerpunkt - komplette Rollouts in allen Bereichen eines fertigenden Unternehmens)
- Führung von IT-Projekten mit den gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden (z.B. agil und Wasserfall)
- Führung der Projekte durch alle Phasen – von der Vorstudie bis zur Einführung
- Steuerung der internen und externen Projektressourcen in einem komplexen Umfeld, aktive Abstimmung mit dem Stakeholder-Management, dem IT-Management und allen Beteiligten
- Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen im Rahmen des Changemanagements inkl. Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften
- Regelmäßiges Projektreporting im Rahmen der Steering Committee, wo Fertigstellungsgrad, Budget, Aufwand, Risiken und Meilensteine präsentiert und dokumentiert werden

Ihr Profil:

  • Master/Diplom in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte im SAP-Umfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der Koordination und Zusammenarbeit von Fachabteilungen, der IT-Abteilung und IT-Dienstleistern
  • Breites Fachverständnis sowohl den Modulen der Finanzbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung als auch in der gesamten logistischen Kette (inkl. Details der Fertigung)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift incl. der Fachbegriffe, die im Umfeld der SAP-Module nötig sind
  • Unternehmerisches und zielgerichtetes Handeln
  • Kommunikationsstarkes, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Erfahrung bei der Einführung von diversen SAP Modulen in internationalen Unternehmen
  • Reisebereitschaft von 25 bis 40%
