Temporary Office

We are currently looking for a short-term temporary assistant (m/f/x) to support our office team for approximately 2 months.

You'll help with packaging, shipping, and smaller organizational tasks.

This position is offered as a short-term employment (max. 70 working days per calendar year). It's ideal if you're a student, in school, between jobs, or looking to earn some extra money during the semester break.

If you're currently registered as unemployed or receiving benefits, please check with your local agency beforehand to confirm eligibility.

You'll package and ship parcels, including international shipments.

You'll prepare shipping documents and customs forms.

You'll weigh, document, and handle the shipping process.

You'll help organize and tidy up the storage area.

You'll support the office with small orders and assist wherever help is needed.

You work reliably, carefully, and independently.

You speak fluent German and ideally some English (for shipping documents).

You don't mind hands-on work - weighing, lifting, packing, and sorting are no problem for you.

You're a student, in school, in a transitional phase, or looking for a short-term side job.

You're available for approx. 2 months, 2 days per week, for 5-6 hours each day (flexible depending on workload).

You meet the legal requirements for short-term employment:

You will not exceed 3 months or 70 working days of short-term employment in the current calendar year.

You are not self-employed full-time or employed full-time elsewhere.

You are not receiving Bürgergeld or unemployment benefits (ALG I) with more than 15 hours of weekly availability - or you have clarified this with your local agency.

Flexible working hours: We'll coordinate your workdays individually - perfect alongside your studies or other commitments.

Location Karlsruhe: You'll work at our modern office in Karlsruhe-Grünwinkel, easily accessible by public transport or car.

Easy start: You'll take on clearly defined tasks in packaging and shipping - after a short onboarding, you're good to go.
