DEIN PROFIL

Was dich für diese position beflügelt:
  • Deine mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in einem herstellenden Pharmabetrieb, im besten Fall mit engem Bezug zur Produktion und/oder der Qualitäts-kontrolle, verleiht dir Flügel.
  • Du bist mit den Standardprozessen eines GMP-Qualitätssystems gut vertraut und konntest dir bereits praktische Erfahrung in verschiedenen Prozessen krallen.
  • Die Anforderungen der deutschen und europäischen Gesetze und Normen im Bereich GMP/GDP hast du scharf im Blick.
  • Dank deiner Hands-On-Erfahrungen in Themen wie Prozessvalidierung, Qualifizierung von Geräten und Räumlichkeiten und/oder Technologietransfers fällst du im Arbeitsalltag nicht aus allen Wolken.
  • Mit deinen fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vermeidest du eine Bruchlandung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen.

  • Du siehst die Lösungswege, anstatt bei Problemen die Flügel hängen zu lassen.
  • Du liebst effizientes Arbeiten, ohne dass deine Präzision dabei Federn lassen muss.
  • Eine selbständige Arbeitsweise ist dein Standard, aber wenn es nötig ist, brütest du nicht nur über deinen Aufgaben, sondern scheust dich nicht, um Hilfe zu bitten.
  • Deine Kommunikationsweise ist pro-aktiv und ohne langes Ausschweifen auf den Punkt.
  • Dein Qualitätsbewusstsein ist nicht ausgeflogen: Du reflektierst deine getane Arbeit, saugst Wissen in dich auf und strebst danach, deine Fähigkeiten stetig zu verbessern.
Das gewisse Extra für eine Punktlandung:
  • Du hast deinen Horizont durch weitere praktische Erfahrungen erweitert oder bist Spezialist in Themen wie der Einführung elektronischer Systeme.
  • Deine Erfahrung umspannt auch Herstellprozessen verschiedener Arzneimittel wie unsterile, feste und flüssigen Darreichungsformen, Parenteralia, Biologika oder Radiopharmaka.
  • Du hast in der Projektleitung bereits selbst erfolgreich deine Kreise gezogen.
  • Dein kommerzielles Denken ist mehr als heiße Luft und du entwickelst Ideen für neue Geschäfte oder Projekte.
