Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfassung der laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontenabstimmungen
  • Anfertigung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen sowie Abwicklung der statistischen Meldungen und des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Ermittlung und Überwachung von Rückstellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der buchhalterischen Prozesse
  • Funktion als Kontakt für interne und externe Prüfer (w/m/d)

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen; Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (w/m/d) wünschenswert
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • fundiertes Wissen in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
  • sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen, insbesondere mit dem SAP-Modul FI
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
