Brunch Chef

For our popular Asian fusion restaurant in Freiburg, we are looking for a passionate Brunch Chef (m/f/d) who brings fresh ideas and helps shape our modern, international brunch offer.

• Independently plan and prepare a varied brunch service within our fusion kitchen concept
• Create and cook innovative breakfast and lunch dishes with an Asian-inspired touch
• Ensure consistently high standards in taste, presentation, hygiene and organisation
• Work closely with the kitchen team and contribute your own ideas

• Completed culinary training or several years of professional experience as a cook/chef
• Strong interest in modern, creative cuisine and brunch
• Experience with fusion or Asian-style cooking is a plus, but not a must
• Reliable, structured and able to work in a team
• Willing to work weekends and morning shifts
