Take the lead on designing high-performance data centre solutions for major clients across Germany and Europe.
You'll shape critical infrastructure, matching client needs to state-of-the-art data centre capabilities, while influencing design, deployment, and long-term strategy. With a €2.5bn investment backing growth over the next three years, you'll be working at the forefront of Europe's most ambitious data centre expansion.
This gives you the chance to build deep expertise in power, cooling and white space optimisation, while taking ownership of high-value client relationships and complex technical solutions. You'll also enjoy some hybrid working flexibility and private health insurance.
What you'll do
From pre-sales through to final deployment, you'll work directly with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored data centre solutions. You'll ensure critical infrastructure like power and cooling meets their performance demands, while optimising space and efficiency.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll bridge the gap between commercial and technical, making sure solutions are both viable and world-class. You'll also have the chance to influence future designs and development projects, shaping how data centres evolve across the region.
What you'll need
- To be fluent in both German with a good standard of English, enabling smooth communication with clients and international teams
- Strong experience in providing data centre solutions, ideally with exposure to design or development
- A mechanical, engineering, or electrical background, giving you the technical foundation to master power, cooling, and infrastructure design
