OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for a Tax Specialist who will be responsible to perform all tax relevant activities from preparing, reconciling and submitting tax reports to monitoring tax accounts.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and reconcile periodically VAT and CIT reports for our branches

• Cooperate with local external tax partners to ensure tax compliance

• Monitor and ensure timely and complete tax report submissions and payments

• Coordinate and drive data gathering for statistical reports and additional reporting required by tax authorities.

• Manage and reconcile the tax GL accounts in our ERP system (SAP)

• Support SAP reviews & testing on tax related set-up (incl. document layouts)

• Coordinate proper documentation on Import VAT with our logistic providers

• Coordinate and review proper Transfer Pricing documentation for our branches

• Provide internal support for general VAT questions

• Support and drive tax related projects (e.g. e-invoicing)

• Monitor and flag timely developments in new/adjusted tax requirements

• Support any audit requests

• Support other tax team members as necessary

What you'll need:

• University Degree

• 3 years experience in finance / tax roles

• Fluent in English

• Advanced knowledge of SAP

• Advanced MS Office/Excel skills relevant for this job

• Hands on and ownership mentality

• Team player and open mindset

• The following experiences will be advantageous:

• International tax experience

• Working in a shared service organization

• Ability to act with the necessary confidentiality and professionality related to that role
