Job Description SummaryThe working student will support the project team with general project coordination and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include assisting with meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, document organization, basic reporting support, and maintaining project files and communications. The student will gain exposure to project management practices in a large-scale international environment while providing day to day administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Management team with operational and administrative daily tasks
  • Compile and file various documents
  • Assist with project management activities
  • Supplement and revise documents and presentations
  • Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
  • Support event organization, e.g., customer visits
  • Maintain and analyze data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (desirable), and MS Project (desirable)

Your Profile:

  • Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability or related fields
  • "Digital native" – proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet, Power BI
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams
  • Last but not least: very good English skills, plus any other European language
