  • Language development: age-appropriate teaching of the English language through songs, games and interactions.
  • Integration into everyday life: Use of English in the day-to-day life of the daycare center.
  • Individual support: Observation and targeted support of each child's language development.
  • Cooperation: Close cooperation with the pedagogical specialists in the team to support bilingual language development.

  • Completed training in the field of early childhood education, language support or comparable, ideally with an additional qualification in English.
  • English native speaker and good knowledge of German.
  • Experience in language support for children, ideally in a bilingual or international environment.
  • Enjoy working with children and experience in using creative, playful teaching methods.
  • Motivation to continuously develop your own pedagogical and language skills.
  • A high sense of responsibility, diligence, reliability and flexibility.
  • Openness and appreciation of different cultures.
