Die Alte Wollkämmerei ist eine der spannendsten Eventlocations Leipzigs – ein historischer Industriekomplex, der heute Raum bietet für einzigartige Veranstaltungen, moderne Events, Messen, Corporate Feiern und kreative Formate. Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Location und zur operativen Unterstützung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Location Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Gastronomie und Projektmanagement.

Deine Aufgaben

Projektmanagement & Veranstaltungsbetreuung

  • Planung, Organisation und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen aller Art – von der Anfrage bis zur Umsetzung
  • Hauptansprechpartner*in für Kunden, Dienstleister und interne Teams
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Projektabläufen, Zeitplänen und Budgets
  • Steuerung der technischen, logistischen und organisatorischen Abläufe vor Ort

Gastronomie & Hospitality

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen gastronomischen Betriebs während Events (Catering, Bar, Küchenlogistik)
  • Koordination externer Cateringpartner sowie Qualitätskontrolle
  • Entwicklung gastronomischer Konzepte und Angebote für Kunden
  • Verantwortung für Servicequalität und Gästebetreuung

Operative Leitung & Standortmanagement

  • Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb der Eventlocation
  • Teamkoordination (Service, externe Gewerke, Auf-/Abbau)
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sicherheit und technischen Standards
  • Prozessoptimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Standortstrukturen

Du bringst mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, in der Gastronomie oder als Location-/Projektmanager*in
  • Hohes organisatorisches Talent und Freude an der Koordination komplexer Abläufe
  • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis und professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Erfahrung in Personalführung oder Teamkoordination ist von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Abenden und Wochenenden (eventabhängig)
