Deine Aufgaben

• Feature-Entwicklung & Plattform-Ausbau:
  Symfony 7 (Backend) & React (Frontend), PHP 8, saubere Architektur, klare Schnittstellen.
• Skalierung & Performance:
  belastbare, performante Services konzipieren und produktionsreif ausrollen.
• Integrationen:
  API Platform, Mirth Connect, HL7, FHIR – sichere, robuste Datenflüsse.
• End-to-End-Ownership:
  von Planung über Implementierung, CI/CD, Testing, Deployment bis Betrieb.
• DevOps & Infrastruktur:
  Containerisierung (Docker), Orchestrierung (z. B. Kubernetes), Cloud (AWS/GCP), Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform), Observability (Logs, Metrics, Tracing), Alerting & Incident-Handling.
• Security & Reliability:
  Least-Privilege, Secrets-Management, Hardening, Backup/Restore, Performance-Budgets.
• Collaboration:
  enge Abstimmung mit Design, Product, Operations; klare PRs, Tech Docs, Knowledge Sharing.

Das bringst du mit

• Mindestens 4 Jahre
  Erfahrung als Full-Stack-Developer in einem produktiven Umfeld (idealerweise Digital Health oder regulierte Domänen).
• Fundierte Skills in
  Symfony 7

Your Responsibilities

• Feature Development & Platform Growth:
  Symfony 7 (backend) & React (frontend), PHP 8, clean architecture, well-defined interfaces.
• Scalability & Performance:
  Design and deploy robust, high-performance services ready for production.
• Integrations:
  API Platform, Mirth Connect, HL7, FHIR – build secure and reliable data flows.
• End-to-End Ownership:
  From planning and implementation to CI/CD, testing, deployment, and operations.
• DevOps & Infrastructure:
  Containerization (Docker), orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes), cloud (AWS/GCP), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), observability (logs, metrics, tracing), alerting & incident handling.
• Security & Reliability:
  Least-privilege principles, secrets management, system hardening, backup/restore, performance budgets.
• Collaboration:
  Close alignment with design, product, and operations; clear PRs, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile

• At least
  4 years of experience
  as a full-stack developer in a production environment (ideally in digital health or other regulated domains).
• Strong skills in
  Symfony 7
  ,
  React
  , and modern API development.
• Practical experience with
  system integrations
  and
  healthcare standards
  (HL7, FHIR) as well as the web stack (nginx).
• Hands-on experience with
  CI/CD
  ,
  cloud infrastructure
  ,
  Docker/Kubernetes
  ,
  IaC
  , and
  monitoring/alerting
  .
• Work style: pragmatic, test- and data-driven, delivery-focused – you take ownership and create clarity.
