To support our continued growth, we are strengthening our management team and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to be based in Dresden.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at KENDAI, you will hold overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our industrial projects. Your duties will include:

• Assuming end-to-end project responsibility, ensuring objectives for quality, safety, budget, and schedule are met.
• Organizing and coordinating interdisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, procurement).
• Supervising construction progress and overall project implementation.
• Serving as the primary point of communication for clients, planners, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Managing project scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Providing technical support and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile:

• A completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction/Project Management, Automation, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional project management experience, ideally within industrial projects (e.g., electronics factories, pharmaceutical plants, chemical facilities).
• Proven track record of organizing and managing large-scale electrical or industrial projects, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of relevant technical standards and quality management systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Resilience and willingness to travel or work temporarily on project sites across Germany and Europe.
• A highly motivated, team-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style.
