Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heat Crafter located in Frankfurt. The Heat Crafter will be responsible for managing the crafting and production of heat-related products, ensuring high-quality standards, coordinating with the team for production schedules, maintaining the crafting equipment, and adhering to safety regulations. The role also includes supervising and training junior staff, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining inventory levels for crafting materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in crafting and production management
- Skills in safety regulations adherence and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team coordination and supervision skills
- Relevant technical certifications in crafting or production management are beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Frankfurt
