Must-Have Experience
- Proven leadership experience in B2C product management, ideally within tech, mobility, or energy.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, connecting business goals, user behavior, and technical constraints into a clear product direction.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and experimentation.
- Deep customer empathy with a track record of improving satisfaction, activation, and retention.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and leadership levels.
- Experience scaling teams and processes in fast-growing, cross-functional environments (startup or scale-up).
- Fluency in English and German (C1 or above).
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in energy, IoT, or connected consumer products.
- Familiarity with pricing intelligence, optimization, or smart device ecosystems.
- Experience working in regulated or complex operational markets.

As VP of Product (B2C), you'll define and drive the vision for Rabot's consumer products — ensuring millions of users can experience seamless, affordable, and planet-friendly energy solutions. You'll lead a talented team of Product Managers, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver products that shape the future of energy consumption in Europe.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and customer experience.

- You've rolled out a clear B2C product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer and business goals.
- Your team operates with clarity, focus, and ownership, consistently delivering measurable impact.
- Key KPIs — including activation, retention, and satisfaction — show consistent improvement.
- You've built strong alignment across Product, Tech, and Marketing, enabling smooth collaboration and shared priorities.
- You're recognized as a trusted leader, combining vision with disciplined execution and team empowerment.
- Lead and scale the B2C product function, setting a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for Rabot's consumer platform — from dynamic tariffs to smart energy management solutions.
- Drive innovation and growth, creating features that improve user experience, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage customer insights and data to guide decisions, test hypotheses, and measure impact.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence and cohesive product experiences.
- Build scalable product processes that support Rabot's growth from 100,000 to 1 million users without losing agility.
- Represent the voice of the customer at the leadership table, balancing vision with real-world feedback.
- Mentor and grow your product team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
